Please see here. The full report is also here or here. A helpful map is here or here. N.B.: The survey demonstrates a reconsideration of unrestricted birthright citizenship by many countries. This right was abolished most recently in Ireland (2005) and  New Zealand (2006). Legislation terminating unconditional birthright citizenship is currently under consideration in Tanzania.
